Ron Cobb, Partner

Ron began his professional career in real estate as a Construction Manager with a major regional construction company based in Nevada. His most notable project included managing the construction of the $50MM Tonopalo luxury timeshare project in Lake Tahoe, CA. In that capacity, he was responsible for all phases of development from securing pre-development entitlements through owner acceptance of individual units. Tonopalo has since become a model for best practices used in the development of beach front property in the Lake Tahoe Basin by the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency. Also in the Lake Tahoe Basin, Ron oversaw the construction of the successful mixed use Heavenly Village in Stateline, NV.  Ron was principally responsible for The Shops at Heavenly Village, the retail component of the project, which had direct connection to the existing tram to Heavenly Ski Resort, as well the Marriot Vacation Residences, Timber Lodge.  Prior to these projects, he oversaw the remodel of a 40-year-old motel into the $100MM Siena Hotel Spa Casino in downtown Reno, NV. The remodel added luxury suites and a nationally recognized spa.  In addition to these hospitality and mixed-use projects, Ron has extensive residential development experience, both as a principal developer and as a general contractor. Ron managed the construction and sale of 100 semi-custom homes, along with the development of approximately 90 new lots, common area facilities including a spa, pool, and tennis courts, at Jubilee Los Lunas outside Albuquerque, NM.  In addition to these past projects, Ron is currently managing the development of Massey Oaks, a 356-acre master planned community in Pearland, TX and Meraki Place, a gated enclave of 16 semi-custom homes in Reno, NV.  Beyond these in-house projects, Ron has been retained to manage the development of several international projects including Serenity Bay in Antigua and The Angus, a golf course and hotel project in Scotland.

Ron is also a distinguished public servant. He spent four years on both the Airport Authority Advisory Board and the Home Consortium Advisory Board. He spent three and a half years with the Washoe County Planning Commission and served one year as its Chairman. Most recently, Ron completed nearly eight years on the City of Reno Planning Commission with three years as its Chairman. In these roles, Ron has helped shape the future of Reno by advising the City of Reno Council on a myriad of issues, including natural resources, economics, housing, population, land use and zoning. Furthermore, he has reviewed and advised on all major development projects proposed within the City.


Peter Ghishan, Esq., PARtner

Peter’s professional career began as an attorney working for a regional media holding company based in Las Vegas from August 2002 to February 2005. He developed skills in real estate, finance, contract, administrative, intellectual property and employment law.

In February 2005, Peter moved to real estate full time with Andiamo Ventures, LLC, where through September 2009, he developed nearly $10 million in residential projects in Lake Tahoe, overseeing all aspects of development project underwriting, financing, negotiating all entitlements, construction management and sales oversight.

In his role as a commercial real estate broker with Commercial Partners of Nevada from February 2007 to June of 2018, Peter assisted a number of developers, lenders and investors in their acquisition and disposition of more than $50 million in commercial real estate assets. 

From 2012 to 2018, Peter was engaged in the management and development of New Mexico’s preeminent active adult community, Jubilee Los Lunas, which is a 422-unit residential subdivision, where he oversaw the construction of more than 100 units. 

Peter is managing the development of Massey Oaks, a 356-acre master planned community in Pearland, TX, and Meraki Place, a 16-unit semi-custom home subdivision in Reno, NV.   

Peter graduated from Duke University in 1999 with a degree in Environmental Science & Policy and a minor in Geology and from the University of Arizona College of Law in 2002, where he was a member of the Arizona Law Review. Mr. Ghishan holds his California and Nevada real estate broker licenses and is an active member of the State Bar of Nevada and an inactive member of the State Bars of Arizona, California, and Montana.


Duane Sanchez, CCIM, Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing

Duane has been working in the Commercial Real Estate arena for more than 30 years where he has successfully transacted hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial real estate. For 20 years he was involved in leasing, acquisition, investment analysis, and development of industrial and office product.  Duane enjoyed success in his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial as one of their top 5% commercial brokers in the nation, opened the Reno office of Lee and Associates Commercial Real Estate Services as an Owner and Managing Director, recruited as a Project Development Manager for Dermody Properties (one of the nation’s largest Industrial Real Estate Developers), and headed up and managed the Office Team with CB Richard Ellis prior to making the jump into commercial banking.

Mr. Sanchez was recruited by First Independent Bank of Nevada to head up their Commercial Mortgage Division. As a direct correspondent to local and national lending institutions, Mr. Sanchez transacted CMBS (conduit-loans), Life Insurance Company loans, and construction loans.

In 2006 Mr. Sanchez was recruited by Intervest Mortgage – a wholly owned division of Sterling Savings Bank where he opened and managed the Reno office of Intervest Mortgage as a Vice President, and Income Property Loan Officer.  As a Mortgage Banker and a Mortgage Broker enjoyed direct correspondent relationships with more than fifty Life Groups and Institutional Lenders across the nation.  He has been responsible for arranging loans approaching a Billion dollars in his lending career.

Hired as a Vice President, Senior Private Banker IV within The Private Bank at Wells Fargo working with High Net Worth and Ultra-high Net Worth clients to oversee their Commercial Real Estate lending needs for the State of Nevada.

Additionally, Mr. Sanchez earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 1996.  A professional organization recognized internationally in more than 30 countries as an expert in commercial real estate and investment real estate.  Globally only 13,000 commercial real estate professionals have ever earned the designation.


Windy Myers, Controller

Windy Myers has been active in real estate development and construction since 2000 primarily focusing her efforts on all accounting, forward planning, financial analysis and reporting functions for developers, builders, and subcontractors. Windy currently serves as CPNV's Controller and is responsible for all financial reporting, operation and construction budgets, as well as all insurance, human resources, and financing needs of the organization. Her past experience includes work as an Accounting Manager for Tanamera Homes in Reno, an Accountant for Merga Foundations, a Santa Rosa concrete subcontractor with $10MM in annual sales, a Financial Analyst with Christopherson Homes in Santa Rosa, and Controller for Jenamar Communities, a Sacramento based land developer and home builder with annual sales in excess of $100MM. Windy has managed the accounting functions of real estate developments in California, Nevada, New Mexico and Washington. Her vast experience in accounting and finance management has brought several successful real estate projects to completion.

Windy graduated from the University of Nevada with a B.S in Accounting. She is proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, FileMaker Pro, Macola, FAST, Timberline, Mark Systems, Maxwell, and Quickbooks.
